Programming

Programming plans are coming along nicely for 2017!
  • Join us on Thursday, July 20th at 7:00 p.m. for the "Are you... Do you... Fondue?" Dinner at the Melting Pot - walking distance from the hotel.  We have a group reservation to get us this discounted price of $44 which includes 4 courses, non-alcoholic beverages, tax and tip.  A cash bar will be available.  Please pay in advance using the Buy Now Paypal button at the bottom of this page.  Reservations are due by July 1.  If you have a dietary restriction, but would still like to participate, please contact Ker.  The courses are:
    • Cheese Fondue (choice of the Wisconsin Trio or the Bacon & Brie)
    • California Salad
    • Land and Sea Entree (Premium filet mignon; Herb-crusted chicken breast; Pacific white shrimp. Gluten Free: request substitute for herb chicken)
    • Chocolate Fondue (Choice of Chocolate S'more fondue and Pure Milk Chocolate fondue)
  • Friday, July 21st at 7:30 p.m. is our Game Show Night.  Ker and AaronBurrSir are working on games that will work for a fannish audience.  This is fun for those who play and for those watching!  After the Game Show Night, stick around for the Buffy the Musical Sing-A-Long.
  • Saturday, July 22
    • 8:00 p.m. Raffle Drawing (50/50 Raffle, Raffle Baskets, Announcement of the Winner of the Raffle Basket Contest)
    • 8:30 p.m. Vid Show
    • Post-Vid Show Bedtime Stories (live reading from fic)
All of this plus a wide assortment of pre-scheduled panels during the day, along with DIY panels mornings and nights. Additionally, the eight-foot screen will be available to reserve to show your favorite episodes, and the hospitality suite will be available for you to relax, chat, play a table game, or have a snack. Last but not least, we will sponsor a charity raffle to benefit a worthy cause.
